(x+2)^4=((x+2)^2)^2(x+2)^2=(x^2+2^2+2(x)(2))= x^2+4+4x (x^2+4+4x)^2=(x^2+4+4x)(x^2+4+4x) = x^4+4x^2+4x^3+4x^2+16+16x+4x^3+16x+16x^2=x^4+4x^3+4x^3+4x^2+16x^2+4x^2+16x+16x+16=x^4+8x^3+24x^232x+16

Multiple polynomial the (x^3+3x^2+1)(3x^2+6x-2)
Mrrafil [7]

The product of given polynomials is: 3x^5+15x^4-16x^3-3x^2+6x-2

Step-by-step explanation:

Given polynomials are:

(x^3+3x^2+1)\\and\\(3x^2+6x-2)

In order to multiply both polynomials, we will use the distributive property

So,

= (x^3+3x^2+1)(3x^2+6x-2)\\=x^3(3x^2+6x-2)+3x^2(3x^2+6x-2)+1(3x^2+6x-2)\\=3x^5+6x^4-2x^3+9x^4+18x^3-6x^2+3x^2+6x-2

Combining like terms

=3x^5+6x^4+9x^4-2x^3+18x^3+3x^2-6x^2+6x-2\\=3x^5+15x^4-16x^3-3x^2+6x-2

Hence,

The product of given polynomials is: 3x^5+15x^4-16x^3-3x^2+6x-2

Write an equation in slope intercept form for the line that passes through (-6,-2) and has a slope of 1/3
BabaBlast [244]

Answer:

y=1/3x-2

Step-by-step explanation:

Since the slope intercept form formula is y=mx+b all we need to do is input the values. So m is the slope. Input 1/3. X is next to it because we solve for this. B is the y intercept. Meaning its the point that crosses the line on the graph that is vertical. And you already have -2. Since we know: (x,y) so choose the y. And you have your equation.

Hope this helps!! If so please mark brainliest and rate/heart to help my account if it did!!

Multiply using partial products
Alex
I don't see what we need to multiply but  here is an example: the numbers of the equation that I'm doing is  12 times 13 and this is how I do it .

(1)(2)                           Step 1: multiply 3 times 2 then when you get the
x 1 (3)                             answer you would need to multiply then 2 times 3.
  -------
       (36) ( when multiplying 1 times 3 and then multiply 2 times 3)

Step 3: know that in the third step you would need to multiply 1 times 2 then 1 times 1.

    (1)(2)
  x(1) 3
-------------
       36
   + 120  (when multiplying 1 times 2 then 1 times 1 but I added a zero )
-----------
      156 ( I add them all up and that's the answer )

If need any questions just message me and I will answer back .
