Scientists can address bias in their studies by simply measuring with a certain group. The scientist will not address the any other groups which is what makes the situation biased. Also, a scientist can only state his/her opinions and not acknowledge any other previous research. Hope this helped :))

What can white blood cells do that helps them carry out their defensive functions more effectively?
Fynjy0 [20]

Answer:

Migrate through blood vessels

Explanation:

White blood cells have the ability to perform diapedesis. Diapedesis refers to the emigration of white blood cells through the blood vessels. During the process, white blood cells move along the endothelium of blood vessels and stick to it. The white blood cells squeeze between the endothelial cells to migrate out of the blood vessels.

In this way, white blood cells can reach the site of infection or move from blood to the interstitial fluid to perform immune functions. The ability to migrate in and out of the blood vessels allows the phagocytic neutrophils and macrophages to arrive at the site of pathogen entry, basophils arrive at the site of inflammation to perform their respective functions.

riadik2000 [5.3K]

Answer:

Glucose (sugar)

Explanation:

We know that plants take in carbon dioxide and returns it in a form of oxygen. For the plant to be able to make oxygen they need to get power. The power is the sun rays and that is mixed with the CO2, making glucose. Anything that uses photosynthesis is a producer, so it makes its own food.
