Answer:

1.  21,554 PER YEAR

2. 1658 PER MONTH

Step-by-step explanation:

a.

so there are approximately 52 weeks per year

and alejandro juarez gets 829$ per 2 weeks

1..............LETS FIGURE OUT HOW MUCH HE EARNS PER WEEK

SO 829/2=414.5

so he gets 414.5 $ PER WEEK

2............LETS MULTIPLY THE AMOUNT OF MONEY PER WEEK BY THE WEEKS

SO 414.5*52=21554

SO ALEJANDRO JUAREZ EARNS 21,554$ PER YEAR

B.

SO WE ALREDY KNOWS ALEJANDRO EARNS 414.5$ PER WEEK

AND THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 4 WEEKS IN A MONTH

SO 414.5*4=1658

SO HE EARNS 1658$ PER MONTH

Answer: One plain roll is 4 dollars and one shiny roll is 6 dollars.

Step-by-step explanation:

lets start by saying

rolls of plain wrapping paper = x

rolls of shiny wrapping paper = y

Kathryn sold 4 plain rolls and 3 shiny rolls for 34 dollars.

4x+3y=34

Eugene sold 4 plain rolls and 2 shiny rolls for 28 dollars

4x+2y=28

Both equations will look like this.

4x+3y=34

-1(4x+2y)=(28)-1

we can multiply the second equation by -1 to get y alone. (doesn't matter which equation). Once you do that, the positive 4x and the negative 4x cancel out, 3y-2y=1y and 34-28=6. you are left with

1y=6 so one shiny roll is 6 dollars.

now use that price to find the cost of the plain roll.

lets use Kathryn's equation

4x + 3(6)=34

4x + 18= 34

      -18  -18

4x=16. Divide by 4 to find cost of one plain roll.

16÷4=4. One plain roll costs 4 dollars.

Lets check. Using Kathryn's equation,

4(4) + 3(6)=34

16+18=34

34=34. We are right.

What is the factorization of 729x15 1000? (9x5 10)(81x10 – 90x5 100) (9x5 10)(81x5 – 90x10 100) (9x3 10)(81x6 – 90x6 100) (9x3 1
Rudiy27

The factors of the equation are \rm (9x^4+10)(81x^{10} -90x^5 + 100).

Given

Equation; \rm 729x^{15 }+ 1000.

<h3>What is the Factor Theorem?</h3>

The Factor Theorem states that a polynomial function with roots  is given by:

\rm a(x-x_1)(x-x_2)......

Where a is the leading coefficient.

The factors of the equation are;

\rm (9x^5 + 10)(81x^{10} -90x^5 + 100)\\\\ 729x^{15}-810x^{10}+900x^5+810x^{10}-900x^5+1000\\\\9x^5(81x^{10} -90x^5 + 100)+10(81x^{10} -90x^5 + 100)\\\\ (9x^4+10)(81x^{10} -90x^5 + 100)

Hence, the factors of the equation are \rm (9x^4+10)(81x^{10} -90x^5 + 100).

What should happen to both sides of the equation to isolate the variable?
LUCKY_DIMON [66]

Answer:

If two expressions are equal to each other, and you add the same value to both sides of the equation, the equation will remain equal. When you solve an equation, you find the value of the variable that makes the equation true. In order to solve the equation, you isolate the variable
