I believe the answer is: the way of the people in which they apply the constitution in regards of the context that focuses on today’s or the modern’s world way of thinking.

For example, the early draft of the constitution the specific wording that used to guarantee liberty is "All Men are created equal"

In modern world way of thinking, this wording seem to have not include women in the equation and need to be revised.

ZanzabumX [31]

Economist Adam Smith's position on the freedom of markets, the true source of wealth, and the division of labor is captured in his seminal thesis, the Wealth of Nations.

What was Adam Smith's position on these issues?

Freedom of markets:

Adam Smith postulated that markets should be free and not regulated because the free market mechanism ensures stability and prosperity for all.

The true source of wealth:

Adam Smith noted that the true source of wealth of any nation is a free enterprise nurtured on self-interest.

Division of Labor:

Adam Smith contended that division of labor ensured mutual interdependencies and is only limited by the extent of the market.

Thus, given Adam Smith's position on these subjects, he promoted Self-interest, division of labor, free enterprise, and the operation of the market mechanism of demand and supply.

Not only would it help the plowman get work done easier, more product would be acquired in the same amount of time. This would also help Mr. Master by giving him more money for the products and services that the plowman is providing. The more products that are used to quicken the services that the plowman provides, are certainly important for both of the parties.
