Insulin is produced in the pancreas. The correct option in regards to the given question is option "B". <span>Insulin is actually a hormone that is produced by the pancreas that is located behind the stomach. It is a very important hormone that regulates the sugar level of human body.  Insulin is released into the blood stream through specialized cells known as beta-cells. Insulin actually does not let the sugar level of a person become high.
