A.) The insurance company's payment is 80% of the total minus the $500 deductible, so:
(10000 - 500) * .8 = 7600

B.) To find the Copay, you do almost the same thing:
(10000 - 500) * .2 = 1900

C.) Mary's Total Cost: 1900 + 500 = 2400.00

Answer:

1.25 cups

Step-by-step explanation:

Since you have 5 5/8 cups = 4 1/2 water bottles

you can make it

5.625  cups = 4.5 water bottles

Then, all you have to do is divide both sides of this equation by 4.5, so

5.625 / 4.5 = 1 water bottle

1.25 cups = 1 water bottle
