First find the with of the triangle,by measureing the points with the base.

Second to find the base simply look equilateral and the half circle. and see how the lines in between it and the triangle collide. and count the spaces to find the base.

Third measure the height with the best estimate.

And finally, multiply by (h×w) and divide by the base.

After following these steps the answer I have come to is: 45
