Answer:Five (5) aspects

Explanation: What is considered not living, can also be referred to as NON LIVING, (inanimate).

When we say something or a process is not living, we make mention of the following aspects.

Which include:- RESPIRATION,

We consider an object or substance, inanimate (NO LIFE FORCE) if they don't respirate.

Things or processes of non respiration is not considered living.

When you don't breath in oxygen and breath out carbon dioxide or vice versa.

Example:- rock, gold, buildings, air, e.t.c.

GROWTH PROCESS:- not living, when it doesn't pertake or involved in any form of growth, or sign of development.

Example:- book, computer, pen

NO RESPONSE TO STIMULUS:- not living, if it can not detect any change in the environment nor within its body.

Example:-cup, toothbrush

ABSENCE OF CELLS:- cell is the structural unit of the body system.

Any substance or things not having cells, let's consider it not living.

Example:-fabric (cloth), dinning table, fork, spoon.

NO SIGN OF ADAPTATION:- They can't adapt to the changes in their environment or surrounding.

Example:- vehicles (car,bus).

This are the aspects considered essential, when we generally talk about things NOT LIVING.
