(Parenthesis)(Exponents)(Multiplication/Division)(Addition/Subtration)
So:
\frac{5}{8} * ((54-22)-45) =  \frac{5}{8}*(32-45) =  \frac{5}{8}(-13)
=  \frac{-65}{8}= -8.125
