x+6+3x-30=80

x-24+3x=180

4x-24=180

10 plus 4 equal 14 so you have to get the same sum for he other line since they are equal distances. 14 minus 5 is 9, so therefore x is equal to 9.

DanielleElmas [232]

Answer:

<h2>129</h2>

Step-by-step explanation:

\left\{\begin{array}{ccc}3x-4y=4\\x+2y=18&\text{multiply both sides by 2}\end{array}\right\\\\\underline{+\left\{\begin{array}{ccc}3x-4y=4\\2x+4y=36\end{array}\right}\qquad\text{add both sides of the equations}\\.\qquad5x=40\qquad\text{divide both sides by 5}\\.\qquad\boxed{x=8}\\\\\text{Put the value of x to the second equation:}\\\\8+2y=18\qquad\text{subtract 8 from both sides}\\2y=10\qquad\text{divide both sides by 2}\\\boxed{y=5}

\text{Put the values of x and y to the expression}\ x^2+y^2+xy:\\\\8^2+5^2+(8)(5)=64+25+40=129

For each of the following shapes, state whether or not it has rotation symmetry. If it does, draw the rotational
OverLord2011 [107]

It should be noted that the rotation symmetry that an equilateral triangle has is 3.

<h3>What is rotational symmetry?</h3>

It should be noted that rotational symmetry simply means when an object is rotated on its own axis.

In this case, it should be noted that the rotation symmetry that an equilateral triangle has is 3.

Also, the number of degrees that you can rotate the shape to carry it onto itself will be 60°, 120°, and 180°.

The volume of a cylinder is 628 cm^3. Find the radius of the base if the cylinder has a height of 8 cm. Round your answer to the
dalvyx [7]
I did the problem and checked it on google and did the formula on paper. You would 628= 3.14 * x(squared) * 8, then you would undo everything, leaving you with x= 5

I tried my best, and I don't know if they wanted you to use pi or 3.14 so I hope this is correct :]
