Answer:

Find out the  how much chlorine is in the pool .

To prove

As given

The amount of chlorine in a swimming pool varies directly with the volume of water.

The pool has 2.5 milligrams of chlorine per liter of water.

i.e

2.5 milligrams of chorine = 1 litre of water

There are 8000 gallons of water in the swimming pool.

As 1 gallons = 3.78541 litre (Approx)

Now convert 8000 gallons of water in litres.

8000 gallons = 8000 × 3.78541 litre

                      = 30283.28 litres

Now calculate chlorine in the pool for 30283.28 litres  of waters.

As

2.5 milligrams of chlorine = 1 litre of water

2.5 × 30283.28 milligrams of chlorine = 30283.28 litre of water

75708.2 milligrams of chlorine for 30283.28 litre of water .

Answer:

61

Step-by-step explanation:

  1. 13 - 1 = 12
  2. 12 ÷ 2 = 6
  3. Put 6 and 1 together: 61

Therefore, the number is 61

Let's check:

  1. 6 × 2 = 12
  2. 12 + 1 = 13

The sum of the two digits is 13, and we got that, so we are correct. The number is 61.

Since the other angle that right next to it, the same angle you equal both angles together.

4x = 68.

We want to get x by its self. There is a 4 with the x and they're multiplying. to get rid of 4 we need to the opposite of multiplying which is division on both sides of the equation.

4x = 68
/4      /4

4 divided by 4 is 1 and 68 divided by 4 is 17

x = 17 is the answer.
If you plug in x = 17 into 4x, it will be 68
