Divide 1107 by 10, for example:

1107/10= 110.7

The decimal point means the remainder, this means John will only get 7 chocolate bars.

If You want it split evenly between ALL of them, divide by 1107 by 11, for example:

1107/11= 100.6, which would leave six bars left, so I think the logical offer would be the first answer I gave you.

I hope this helped!

Damon makes 20 cups of lemonade by mixing lemon juice and water. The ratio of lemon juice to water is shown in the tape diagram.
Effectus [21]

Answer:  4 cup

Step-by-step explanation:

Here, the total number of cups in lemonade = 20 cups

In which some are cup of lemon juice and some are cups of water.

And, the ratio of cups of lemon juice and water in one lemonade = 1 : 4

Let the cups of lemon juice in one lemonade = 1 x

And, The cups of water in one lemonade = 4 x

Where x is any number.

Thus, 1 x + 4 x = 20

⇒ 5 x = 20

⇒ x = 20/5 = 4

Thus, Damon uses 4 cup of lemon juice in one lemonade.

You plan to conduct a survey to find what proportion of the workforce has two or more jobs. You decide on the 95% confidence lev
Vikentia [17]

Answer:

865

Step-by-step explanation:

We have that in 95% confidence level the value of z has a value of 1.96. This can be confirmed in the attached image of the normal distribution.

Now we have the following formula:

n = [z / E] ^ 2 * (p * q)

where n is the sample size, which is what we want to calculate, "E" is the error that is 2% or 0.02. "p" is the probability they give us, 5 out of 50, is the same as 1 out of 10, that is 0.1. "q" is the complement of p, that is, 1 - 0.1 = 0.9, that is, the value of q is 0.9.

Replacing these values we are left with:

n = [1.96 / 0.02] ^ 2 * [(0.1) * (0.9)]

n = 864.36

865 by rounding to the largest number.
