Since they are situated opposite from one another in the upper arm, when the biceps contract, the triceps relax and vice versa. This mechanism of the two muscles makes them opposing muscles or antagonist and partner muscles

ad-work [718]

The answer is RNA. RNA is composed of ribose sugars monomers. Their difference with deoxyribose sugars is that there have an H other than an OH in the 2’ carbon of their rings. In addition, RNA has similar bases as DNA other than Adenine which is replaced by Uracil in RNA.

Explain each of the following, giving a named example in each case:
gogolik [260]
(a) solute = substance (solid or liquid) in lesser amount, which will [dis]solve into the solvent

(b) solvent = substance (liquid) in larger amount, which [dis]solves the solvent
it's dissolvability is called "solvency"
water is known as the universal solvent because it is abundant on Earth and has a high solvency

(c) solution = the combination of solvent + solute
depending on the saturation of solute within solvent, the solution may appear clear, like the solvent

**think of warm sugar-water (solution), when all the sugar (solute) dissolves into the water (solvent), the solute seems to have disappeared
