Multiply 2x-3 with (x-4y), then Multiply 1/2 with (8x-12y)
= 2x^2-8xy-3x+4x-6y
2nd step:
Add the common variables
=2x^2-8xy+x-6y

The standard form will be 2x^2-8xy+x-6y.
