Answer:

The statement that is supported by research on individual differences in motor skills is Letter B.

Explanation:

Sex differences in motor skills decrease with age, but remain great throughout childhood. A recent study show that there are large differences in motor skills between boys and girls. From the time they were two and a half years old, over a thousand children have been observed by kindergarten teachers over a three month period. The results of the study showed that girls performed better in self-help skills, fine motor skills and general movement skills.

The researchers are now insterested in whether gender differences change over time and how they change. By loooking closely the children's motor skills when they are four years old, the researchers will see how these skills develop and whether or not the gender differences remain over time.

Yuki888 [10]

Answer:

The correct answer is: mutualism

Explanation:

Mutualism refers to a relationship between two organisms, where both organisms benefit from the association. In this instance, the relationship between cellulose-digesting microorganisms and their hosts- termites and ruminant mammals- is characterized by mutualism because both organism benefit from their association. The microorganisms benefit by getting their nutrition from the cellulose in guts of their hosts. Whereas, the hosts benefit from the cellulose-digesting microorganisms by getting help in digesting the cellulose they consume in their diet.
