If the point (a, b) is in Quadrant IV of a coordinate plane, then the x-coordinate of (a, b) will be positive and the y-coordinate will be negative.

rotation is done when each point of the image rotates 90° around a point in the counterclockwise manner. 
when rotation is done, (x,y) -> (-y,x)
therefore when taking points from image to original then the reverse is done ;
(-y,x) --> (x,y)
the coordinates of  image point q' is (-3,4)
before rotation then the coordinates are (4,3)
answer is (4,3)
