All that is necessary for life in order to satisfy physical, physiological, social, spiritual needs is not a privilege. Thus, freedom of religion is not a privilege, it is a necessity or a choice. Possession of land, travel and driving are not necessary for the fulfillment of life's needs, but they are neither luxury nor special privilege.
Because a monopoly would end up making someone monopolizing the whole world to a point where no one can buy a business and would allow them to set their prices as high as they want.
