Guidance can be considered as a multitude of behaviors that parents exhibit towards their children. Parents often guide their children in different aspects of life which enables the children to grow up more successfully into healthy and responsible adults.

An example is when the child needs guidance on deciding which school he should chose and his parents tell him what school he should chose in the end.

WILL MARK BRAINLIEST! AND GIVE 50 POINTS!! PLZ HELP! In a paragraph, describe ways to improve self-esteem
HACTEHA [7]

Answer:

A self esteem can be defined as how you value yourself or how much do you value yourself. Some may feel that they are inferior to others, which shows that they do not value themselves. To improve one's self esteem, he/she must  have self-respect. If you respect yourself, it makes others want to respect you, which persuades you to value yourself.  Being confident of one self and the belief that '' I can do it'' makes a person value himself more. Having self esteem not only upgrades you, but also improves you by giving various chances and giving you a feeling to create various choices you have never made before. Believing that, even if you have your own demerits, you also have merits making others want to applaud for you also help you to favor yourself more.

Mary is 14 years old. Her resting heart rate 70 beats per minute. Calculate 50% of Mary maximum heart rate to fine her target he
kozerog [31]

Answer:

Mary's target heart rate  is 103 beats per minute (bpm).

Explanation:

The maximum heart rate (MHR) is the rate at which the human heart of a given person reaches the highest demands. At rest, the heart rate is about 60 to 80 beats per minute.

MHR = 220 - age

So, for Mary: MHR = 220 - 14 = 206 beats per minute (bpm)

Now we can calculate Mary's target heart rate:

Target heart rate = MHR * 50% = 206 * 0.5 = 103  beats per minute (bpm)

Hope this helped!
