When we let other countries do the development in our countries, we will face several issues:

- It will be expensive. Since we have to pay additional expenses for foreign labor and expertise

- The foreign organizations that were involved in the development will have a huge influence in the country even after the development is finished. Eventually, their country will gained more than ours.

This is why we need to do the development ourselves. Not only it's cheaper, but all the people involved in the development will do it for the benefit of their own countries. Even though this would be harder, this will give the most benefit in the long run.
