The average speed of the truck is calculated by dividing the total distance traveled in a span of the total time given. From the given above, the total distance traveled is
                       total distance = 203 mi + 243 mi = 446 mi
and the total time it took for the whole trip is
                       total time = 3.5 h + 4.5 h = 8 h
The average speed is therefore,
                       average speed = 446 mi/8 h = 55.75 mi/h
Thus, the answer is letter A.

Answer: 675

m represents the time she has been paying. And B represents how much she owed.
So to find how much she owed at the beginning, when no time had passed, we need to set m equal to zero.

When m is zero, the equation is
B = -100(0) + 675
B= 675

So 675 is how much she owed at the beginning of the year.

Answer: The answer would be B

Write out the equation in slope-intercept form:

y=-5/3x+6 (Once we know that, it'll be easier to convert it into standard form.)

Subtract -5/3 from both sides of the equation:

y+5/3x=6

Subtract 6 from both sides:

y+5/3x-6=0

Multiply both sides by 3 to get rid of the fraction:

3y+5x-18=0

Then arrange the numbers to x and y are on one side by itself:

3y+5x=18

And that's your answer!

Hope this helped you!
