<span>The creation of Hammurabi's Code came about in response to a need for a solid code of law in the the realm of ancient Mesopotamia. It was created by the sixth Babylonian king, named Hammurabi, and put into law certain rules like "an eye for an eye, a tooth for at tooth". This solid and undeniable code of law helped Hammurabi keep control of his kingdom and thus keep it from being vulnerable to outside influences in the region.</span>

harkovskaia [24]

Answer:

Abraham Maslow

Explanation:

Psychologist Abraham Maslow first developed his famous theory of individual development and motivation in the 1940’s. He suggested that human beings have a hierarchy of needs. This hierarchy suggests that people are motivated to fulfill basic needs before moving on to other, more advanced needs.

Abraham Maslow represented this theory as a hierarchical triangle. This shows how basic needs must be met before one can “climb” the hierarchy, to address more complex needs.

sergiy2304 [10]
The main reason that the colonists resented the acts imposed by the British Parliament on to them was that they felt they were being wrongly taxed without a proper voice in their government or "representation." This led to the coining of the phrase, "taxation without representation" which was a major slogan of the colonists against the taxation policies of the British Government.
