On which planet would you weigh more if you traveled to two different planets that were the exactly the same size but one was ma
inysia [295]

Answer:

The weight of an object is known to occur from the gravitational pull of the earth. Hence, for weight to occur, a certain force should be there. The more the gravitational pull the more the force.

According to this information, the planet made of iron will have high gravitational pull. Hence, the weight of an organism will be more on a planet made of iron rather than a planet made of cheese.

Sometimes called earth's twins
Serhud [2]
My answer -

<span>There are typically two planets that are dubbed as Earth's twin. The first one, Venus, is called Earth's twin because of its similar size, and how it is the closest planet to Earth. But, scientists discovered that Venus's atmosphere and temperature were totally different from Earth's. The other planet also called Earth's twin is Mars. Mars is believed to have a large ocean on the past. Some even say that life may have developed on Mars for a short period of time. Furthermore, Mars has an average temperature of -70 degrees Fahrenheit, closest to Earth than any other planet. It seems that water and life define the Earth, and if Mars has these characteristics, it would truly be Earth's twin.

Answer:

c) Decreased land availability for growing food to feed the growing population.

Explanation:

  • Growth of population demands increased use of resources.
  • As the population grows more and more settlements and industries are built .
  • Clear lands are taken up by companies and builders to build factories , roads and settlements.
  • As a result the availability of agriculture decreases to a great extent.
  • Hence land for growing food crops also falls short.
  • Lower food production ultimately leads to a hunger stricken population.
  • Thus , decreased land availability for growing food feed the growing human population  is a direct impact of growing population.

What is the wet-bulb depression?
tino4ka555 [31]
The wet bulb depression is the difference between the dry-bulb temperature and the wet-bulb temperature. It is measured by a psychrometer . If there is 100% humidity, dry-bulb and wet-bulb temperatures are identical, making the wet-bulb depression equal to zero in such conditions. (In short; the difference between the temperature of a dry bulb and wet bulb.)
