Answer:

100 m/s

Explanation:

Let find the velocity components first

Fx = 100 * cos (37)   = 79.86 m/s

Fy = 100 * sin (37)   =  60.18 m/s

applying motion equations

  • Horizontal motion

assuming no acceleration in horizontal direction we can assure that the ending velocity component will still remain  Fx = 79.86 m/s

  • Vertical motion  (upwards)

V² = U² +2as

    =  60.18² + 2*(-10)*0

Fy  = 60.18 m/s

Total speed = √(F²x+F²y) = 100 m /s

*** You can take the same answer considering the Energy

The solution is supersaturated. The answer is letter C.

A supersaturated solution has more dissolved solute in it than what it would normally have. This could be achieved if you dissolve more solute while heating the solution. However, once the solution cools, crystallization would occur. As a result, you see crystals settling at the bottom.

Edit: You do mean Ridge?

Rocks near Mid-Ocean Ridge are younger than rocks near the trenches.

Seismic data shows oceanic crust is sinking into the mantle at the trenches.

Matching bands of magnetic rock are found on either side of the Ridge. Earth's magnetic fields change these bands over time.

Why does electricity cause climate change?
user100 [1]

It's not the electricity. It's how we produce it.

Solar panels, wind turbines, nuclear reactors, and water wheels can be used to produce electricity with no effect on climate.

Coal, oil, wood, gasoline, natural gas, household trash, and tall dry grass can be burned to boil water to make steam to turn a generator and make electricity. When everybody does that, the burning releases enough Carbon Dioxide into the atmosphere to futz up the Earth's climates. That's exactly what we have done for the past 200 years.
