Answer:

Financial barriers, mental health education and social stigma.

Explanation:

There are several barriers to maintain a mental and emotional health as the following:

 • Financial barriers: this a common barrier because not everyone has the financial stability to pay for professional mental healthcare. So, having no money to get professional help is a barrier.
 • Mental health education: this is another common barrier, because in many cases people don't realize that they need professional help to seek mental health. Actually, the fact that mental illness cannot be seen physically, like other diseases, people tend to ignore it. Similarly, the lack of education in this context is what makes people to ignore this situation, as a result, they don't look for any professional help.
 • Social stigma: social stigmas tend to influence a lot on people, because they rejection of society is not acceptable for us as social beings. We could define stigmas as negative connotation of mental and emotional issues. One example that shows this is the thought that "if I got to the psychiatrist, that means I'm really messed up", that's one of the social stigma, in many cases people don't look for help, because their social circle would think they are messed up.

These three barriers are the most common, and most powerful, because it's really hard to break them. These barriers are external conditions that influence too much in people's decision at the moment to look for help to improve their mental and emotional health.

Specifically, the barrier that influence the most is Mental Health Education. Due to the lack of proper education about this subject, people tend to perceive negatively this problems, and they don't give it the importance that it should have.

What is the movement of nutrients?
Elan Coil [88]
Nutritious Movement is a whole-body movement program that utilizes Movement Micronutrients, Movement Macronutrients, and habitat (lifestyle) changes to nourish all trillion of your body’s parts.
About Nutritious Movement

It’s clear that no one in our culture moves enough—there’s even a new category of movement alongside “active” and “sedentary” called “actively sedentary” to describe the movers among us, who move on average only 4 percent of the time and spend the rest of their time as sedentary as the couch potatoes.

Because of our time spent sitting, and because of other ways we’ve immobilized ourselves—casted our bodies—with shoes, constrictive clothing, and cultural expectations, our bodies have adapted by becoming stiff and unable to move all of our parts, all of the way. This has created areas in our bodies that are cellularly sedentary even when we are moving.

For instance, we’ve been wearing shoes practically since birth. Shoes with a cushioned sole, limited space for the toes to move, and a heel—even if it’s a short one. And so movements of your toe bones, ankle joints, arch-supporting muscles, and even of your foot-skin don’t happen in the same way had you not always worn shoes. This means that even when your “whole body” is walking, not all of it is actively walking or receiving the right amount of “squish” your cells need to thrive.
