You have the opportunity to help someone fight & beat alcoholism Explain the steps
kondaur [170]

Answer and Explanation:

I would say this to the person

Yes, you love to drink and take stuff that include alcohol. Yeah, i know its good for your body too. But too much is considered drunk right? we all know that. but what causes that is that there is too much alcohol is your body and its taking control of it. do you want that? If you have a husband or wife or kids, would you want to be around them taking alcohol? you want your kids to do that when you grow up? if you answered yes to the bold, well then you are crazy. recognize this and think about it. if you have friends, not everyone is in the liking of yours (loving alcohol too much) so dont involve others to yours. if they tell you to stop alcoholism and you say its none of your business, then it is also none of your business to get yourself involve with someone who doesnt like alcohol. dont fight it that way.

Once youve decided to quit that, you might be wondering, how do i stop this? i regret everything... well, just literally, stop yourself from getting it. throw away all your beer and wine and alcoholic stuff. I DONT CARE IF U WASTE YOUR MONEY. because its your fault and you got yourself into this mess. people tried to warn you but you lost it. burn your money if you even have to. just stop everything. start to eat healthy. eat salads, meat, drink more juices and vitamins. i know it might taste gross now because you have an alcoholic breath now. but force yourself if you want to get what you want now. QUIT ALCOHOL.

You can now recover by doing that. Make sure it is consecutive so you maintain it just like you used to maintain your alcohol "diet".

as a motivation, think that everyone will love you even more. they will spend more time with you because you also cared about their feelings in a good way. you will feel better naturally not with drugs and alcohol. alcohol will kill you one day. tony robbins quote here: if you believe it, you can achieve it.

I really hope this helps. thank you for giving me this opportunity to say this and answer your question please have a great day. :)

Tom is an alcoholic. His psychologist says that he began drinking at age 13 because his parents spent a lot of time at work, and
Phoenix [80]

Answer:

Sociocultural

Explanation:

As you can see from the question above, Tom had a lonely childhood, as his parents were not present in their daily lives because of work. With this, Tom sought to get rid of this loneliness with friends, but the friends that Tom met were young people who had the habit of drinking alcohol and to be part of this group, Tom began to drink alcohol as well. This behavior accompanied Tom throughout his adult life, and it seemed that his partying and high-alcohol behavior brought more friends into his life.

From this account, we can see that Tom's alcohol addiction is directly related to a sociocultural factor that keeps Tom from drinking, believing that this will bring him friendships and prevent him from feeling alone.

Yolanda collects some data and finds that on average they sleep about 7. 2 hours per day. About what percent of the day do they
bagirrra123 [75]

30% of the day they spend asleep.

Sleep is a process of the body that is related to the resting period of the body so that it cannot get fatigued. It is necessary to complete the average sleep cycle to stay healthy.

<h3>How to calculate sleep percentage?</h3>

Given,

  • Sleep per day = 7.2 hours
  • One day = 24 hours

\text{Percentage} (\%) = \dfrac {\rm Value}{\rm Total \;value} \times 100

Substituting values we get,

\begin{aligned} \% &= \dfrac{7.2}{24} \times 100\\\\\% &= \dfrac{720}{24}\\\\&= 30\%\end{aligned}

Therefore, 30% of the time is spent sleeping.
