Some signs that someone could be anorexic is they could be saying that they are not hungry. They could be more tired. If you see them eating they can cut their foods up into little bits to make it look like they are eating more than they are. They could make smooth comments or jokes about their weight in general. Those are a few that I have learned. Another big one is excessive exercising as well.
