Mesa Verde is a US national park located in the Montezuma County in Colorado, which was designated UNESCO World Heritage Site. This park contains very well preserved archeological sites related to the Ancestral Puebloan.

The Ancestral Puebloan was a native American culture which populated the current region of the Four Corners, which includes the part of the nowadays territories of four US states:  Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado. These people lived in cliff-sited dwellings, established like that for defense purpouses, which included small family pit houses that formed larger structure to house complete clans. The photo attached shows the display of those settlements.

Color refers to the visual effect of the spectrum of light as it is transmitted through a medium, absorbed, or reflected off a surface. It is the light wavelengths that the eye receives and processes from a reflected source. Color comprises of three key essential components: hue, value, and saturation. The use of colors in data visualization enables the visualization to be more engaging. Value refers to the lightness or darkness of the color and reveals the quantity of reflected light. Color intensity, also known as the color saturation or chroma, refers to the color’s purity. A high intensity color is bright while a low-intensity color is muted or neutral.

EastWind [94]

Answer:

The best answer to the question: The primary function of light absorption by photosystems I and II is to produce: ____, would be: Free, energized electrons.

Explanation:

In order for plants to be able to carry out their photosynthetic processes, with which they are able to activate the different molecules that will provide them with necessary energy, the light of the sun is necessary. Through two different photosynthetic systems known as photsystem I (PSI) and photosystem II (PSII), plants can absorb radiation of different wavelengths thanks to the pigments present in these systems. These pigments activate at the contact with shortwave, and wavelength and capture them and the systems also possess a special pair of clorophyll molecules at the reactive center that will activate. The whole process will, in the end, produce free, energized electrons.
