Explanation:

Given that,

The distance affect force when the amount of work remains the same.

Work :

Work is the product of the force and distance to which the system moved.

In mathematical form,

W = F\times D

D=\dfrac{W}{F}

Where, F = force

D = distance

W = work

Here, The distance and force are inversely proportional.

Hence, The distance increases then the  force will decreases.

Work (W) is the product of force (F) and distance (D) to which the system moved. These two vector quantities should have the same direction.

                                     W = F x D     ;      D = W / F

From the obtained equation for solving D, it is evident that distance and force are inversely proportional. Hence, given that work is constant, distance increases when the force is decreased and it decreases if otherwise.

Estimate the average power output of the sun, given that about 1350 w/m2 reaches the upper atmosphere of the earth.
fenix001 [56]

the <u>average powe</u><u>r</u> output of the sun is <u>3.8 × </u>10^{26}<u> W</u> given that about 1350 w/m2 reaches the upper atmosphere of the earth.

As we know intensity falling over a surface is equal to Energy falling per unit area per unit volume.

I = \frac{Energy}{area*time}

Since Power is equal to energy/time

I = power/area

or

Power = Intensity × area

Now, Distance from Sun to Earth , r = 149.6 ×10^{9}  m

So, Surface area of the sphere of radius is:

A = 4 π r^{2}

= 4 × 3.14 × (149.6 × 10^{9})²

=  2.81 × 10^{23}m²

Thus Average Power output of the sun will be:

P = 1350 × 2.81 × 10^{23}

= 3.7935 × 10^{26}

P = 3.8 ×    10^{26}  W

So the average power output of the sun is 3.8 × 10^{26} W.

When unbalanced force acts on a resting object the object what
garik1379 [7]
B. accelerates in the direction of the force. this is because the force is now unbalanced, causing the object to move in that direction. it's like pushing a pen off the table. you applied force in that direction and since the pen doesn't have enough inertia to withstand your unbalanced force, it rolls off the table.
