The conflict in helen keller is the fact that She can't hear or see or speak. The real senses that she has are touch and smell. She can walk but she can't see where shes going. She is very restricted in what she can do. She is learning to use braile and other things so she can have a sense of whats going on bu tshe can't speak or hear.
