infectious/contagious/communicable. (e.g.common cold)

The pathogens transmitted to the host body by touching, coughing, sneezing or by close contact are called as contagions.

A pathogen is a disease carrying vector that has the ability to spread using a variety of different mechanisms. A pathogen that is a contagion has the ability to spread through touch. An example of such a pathogen would be the one that results in staph infections.

We should remember that we should consume all necessary nutrients at a correct amount and proportion. this includes the primary food substance carbohydrates, fat and protein. and protective food substance in a small amount, which includes mineral ions ( iron, calcium etc) and vitamins.
