  • The major focus of the court is to serve justice in case of Civil and Criminal actions. Usually the question of law is presented to the court when it is appealed from the trial court. The process continues with the written briefs and verbal arguments presented by the lawyers and parties. Finally the court issues a written opinion with a memorandum of decision as per court's view.
