Nathan is focusing on “how will it make me feel about myself?” Nathan worried a lot about the perception of others to him, he was afraid of what that’s going to make him feel.

EXPLANATION

Ethic itself refers to the right and legal behavior that a person will do. Even though no one is going to notice if you do the wrong things, you still choose to do the right things anyway. So, when we talk about unethical behavior in business, it is the action that does not align with the standards of business operation. Unethical behavior means failing to do the right thing when you need to.

Unethical behavior can be done individually or even in a group. An individual can do unethical behavior during the time she or he is working. A group or even the whole company can do unethical behavior too. It can become a corporate culture to do unethical activities within the company. The whole business is doing unethical activities, from the top down, and this is very disastrous.

It is important to keep it in mind that unethical activity does not have to be an illegal activity at the same time. Of course, at times it can be both unethical and illegal activity, but that’s not always the case. There are many things that a person can do within the law, but it is still unethical. Their actions hurt the society even though it still follows the law.

Jacquie signs a contract to buy a car just before reaching the age of majority. After reaching the age of majority, Jacquie does
dangina [55]

Answer:Disaffirmance

Explanation:

Disaffirmance , It defines a fact that a voidable contract is void. This means a person who had signed a voidable contract has the right to not abide by it.

A person may verbally state that they won't abide by the contract or they will just choose to not do what the contract says without actual stating that they won't abide by it.

A voidable contract is the one in which two parties formally agree on something but this contract is not enforceable for several legal reasons.

Reasons that can make a contract voidable :

-Misrepresentation or fraud by one of the parties

-If someone is threatened to enter through a contract

- When one party is legally incapacity to be part of the contract such as Jacquie who entered a contract before he reached an age of majority.

Age of majority is an age when someone is considered an adult by the law.

1. For starters a shelter needs to be made to protect people from the outside elements. Most likely built from debris off of the ship. Not to mention spare debris can be sharpened to make spears to kill local animals or fish. And fresh food that will go bad quickly will be in the ration servings first. The rations will be served every few days since a human can live off their body fat. And once in a starving state any food they eat will immediately be stored as fat. The life rafts will be emptied out and set out for rain water to fill them up. If rain water does not come then clothing can be used as a filter to make ocean water more tolerable in desperate measures.
2 Decisions regarding shelter, water, food, and medical attention will be decided as needed. With the format that everyone gets rations and all ideas will be heard out.
3 The person who leads most likely will be the person who presents themselves to make order, explain their ideas, and creates an agreed upon “game plan.”
