a pirmary consumer gets energy from a poducer,

then the energy is transfered to the secondary consumer.Again the energy from secondary consumer is transferred to the tertiary consumer then the energy from tertiary comsumer is transfered to the decomposer and finally the energy of decomposer is transfered to producer.

In this way, the enery makes a cycle.

Explain why biodiversity in an ecosystem is important?
rusak2 [61]

Answer:

It is important because we need many different types of animals. Food chains are made up of many different links, and if there are fewer links, this will lead to animals not being able to feed. Biodiversity boosts the ecosystem and leads to an ecosystem that is self sustaining and able to produce things for people.

N a pond, tadpoles eat algae and fish eat the tadpoles. around the pond, grasshoppers eat grass and, at night, are preyed upon b
Dima020 [189]
I believe that in this community the tadpoles are: the primary consumers. A n ecological community is the set of all populations of all species found in a given place. Primary consumers are mainly herbivores which feed on plants; which are the primary producers of all the energy in an ecosystem. In this case the tadpoles eat algae (primary producer) thus they are primary consumer.

A car accelerates from 4 meters/second to 16 meters/second in 4 seconds. The car's acceleration is
-BARSIC- [3]

Answer:

3 meter / second square.

Explanation:

The acceleration is defined as change in velocity over a period of time interval. Mathematically it can be written as,

acceleration = change in velocity / time

acceleration =  16- 4 (meters/second) / 4 seconds

acceleration = 12 meters/second / 4 seconds

acceleration =  3 meter / second square.

So the answer shows that the car accelerates 3 meter / second square.

Archy [21]

Answer:

50%

Explanation:

If the male has a cleft chin, that means that his chromosomes is Aa. His wife must be aa.

             Female      Female

Male      Aa             Aa

Male      aa             aa

With Aa, the child will have a cleft chin. With aa, the child will not. So the probability is 50%.
