Answer:

No, he still has to pay child support.

Explanation:

Although Brian is exercising his role as a parent in raising the child, taking care of him and buying some things the child needs, Brian must pay child support, even if his salary is low.

Alimony is an amount that someone, as an obligation, must pay to another person who has the right to support. Since Brian's son lives with his mother, she has the right to support, so Brian is the person who must pay child support. The amount of the alimony is determined through calculations, according to the income of those who have an obligation to support.

The children's pension is of a food nature, therefore, it is an imposition that seeks, above all, to preserve the life and well-being of the child who needs sustenance. It is a legally stipulated amount, so it is the judge who calculates how much to pay. This amount must be deposited monthly.

How does diet affect diabetes
andreev551 [17]

Answer:

This is probably wrong, but a diet can affect diabetes in a good and bad way.

Explanation:

If you eat healthier and eat less and less little by little you are doing a good diet (i don't like calling it a diet to me i call it eating healthier.). But if you decide to not eat at all or eat to little to fast it can get you less big? but it will create a yo-yo affect and you will be skinny but then if you eat wrong instead of it taking a while to be big aging it will happen faster. And you'll constantly be changing body shapes.

Explain why failure of the circulatory system would cause failure of the respiratory system and you will receive over 20 points
Volgvan

Answer:

Respiratory Failure is a serious medical condition that arises when there is little oxygen taken in by the body by the process or breathing. This causes insufficient oxygen to reach the vital organs of the body resulting in them not functioning normally. When we breathe we take in oxygen from the air and breathe out carbon dioxide from the body. If too less oxygen is taken in from the air then automatically the levels of carbon dioxide increases in the body. This also can cause significant damage to various organs of the body. Both the process of taking in oxygen and exhaling out carbon dioxide is done in the lungs.

If the lungs do not function normally then the balance between the oxygen and carbon dioxide levels in the body gets affected. This is what causes respiratory failure. Some medical conditions that can cause Respiratory Failure are COPD, respiratory Distress Syndrome, and certain spinal cord injuries which affect the nerves that control breathing
