I also agree this is a D. conspiracy.
These two individuals have conspired to commit a crime, but they haven't done it yet. Homicide is murder; solicitation has to do with prostitution; attempt is also wrong because they haven't attempted the crime yet; trespassing is also wrong because they haven't trespassed another person's property yet, which leaves us only with conspiracy.

I'd say your best bet is conspiracy. The definition of conspiracy is " an agreement between two or more persons to commit a crime at some time in the future" (Wikipedia). John and Cameron have fulfilled the definition.

What standard does a prosecutor need use in determining whether items have been properly authenticated?
Alex Ar [27]

Authenticating or Identifying Evidence, Rule 901 (a) ALL IN ALL. The proponent must provide evidence adequate to sustain a finding that the item is what the proponent asserts it is in order to satisfy the requirement of authenticating or identifying an item of evidence.

What is Rule 901. Authenticating or Identifying Evidence?

Authenticating or Identifying Evidence, Rule 901 (a) ALL IN ALL. The proponent must provide evidence adequate to sustain a finding that the item is what the proponent asserts it is in order to satisfy the requirement of authenticating or identifying an item of evidence. The authenticity of the evidence is one need that must be met for it to be considered admissible by the court. A rule of evidence known as "authentication" stipulates that there must be adequate evidence to support a determination that the thing in question is what its proponent says.

The first step in authenticating a piece of evidence is to call a witness who can attest from personal experience that it is what the claimant says it is. As an illustration, in United States v. Evidence must be sufficiently demonstrated to establish its authenticity in order for it to be admitted into court. Only a prima facie showing is necessary, hence the burden of proof for authentication is relatively low.

faust18 [17]

Answer:

A tax on automobiles imported into the United States that raises prices on imported vehicles to make the price of cars produced in the United States more competitive is protective tariff; a tax on all oil imported into the United States, which is implemented to raise money for the U.S. government, is Revenue tariff.

Explanation:

Protective tariff:

 • Protective tariff is understood by the tariffs that are enacted by the government with a motive to promote and protect the domestic industries.
 • In protective tariff, government allocates higher tax rate for the products that are imported from foreign countries when the same product is produced in the country.
 • This helps the domestic industries to compete with the foreign industries.
 • Government also can provide protection to domestic industry as well as collect more revenue due to this tariff.

Revenue tariff:

 • Revenue tariff is the tariff imposed with a motive to collect revenue by the government.
 • By imposing revenue on imports and exports, government collects revenue which can be used in development, service and defense of the country.
