Answer:Initiative vs. guilt stage

Explanation:

The initiative vs. guilt stage is a stage a child's true characteristics start to show.Children in this stage develop social skills by being involved and initiating interaction, making real life decisions and they start seeing the consequences of their initiatives and actions.

According to Erikson, when the child makes a decision and there is a negative feedback towards his initiative, will feel guilty which is hoped to be transformed into remorseful feeling as he/she grows.

Children who succeed past this stage develop the ability to always confidentiality initiate their actions and are remorseful when guilty.

Zachary appears as if he has successfully resolved the Initiation and Guilt stage.because he felt guilty after lying to his sister.

gtnhenbr [62]

The correct answer is - This research would be eligible for exemption because the researcher is not interacting with the children and the playground is a public setting. This type of research does not need IRB (IRB being institutional review board also known as ethics committee) review because the researcher will not be interacting with the children in anyway, it is purely observational and the setting is a public place, in addition all children will remain anonymous in the study, therefore the researcher is not breaking any code of ethics.
