(a) This is a case of iatrogenic cause of acute adrenal insufficiency and can present will signs and symptoms related to glucocorticoid insufficiency. Other clinical manifestations to be monitored are fatigue, weight loss, myalgia, fever, anemia, lymphocytosis, hypotension, and hyponatremia.
