This practice of foreign governments working together can BEST be defined as international coordination.

Explanation:

In the global world where the events in one country also affect another country and sometimes have global repercussions it is important for the global governments to work together and form alliances against their shared common enemies in terms of the international coordination between them.

France, US and England have been increasingly active in terms of the war on terror and have been involved in a coordination of alliance to break the barriers.

Len [333]
Well, personally I think that it is flawed: it limits the inflow of new ideas into politics.
I think that one way to address it is to abolish the electoral college and introduce country-wide representative elections and not a "winner takes it all" system.

ZanzabumX [31]

The rhetorical techniques used by Thomas Paine in the Common Sense are ethos, logos, and pathos, as well as diction and syntax.

Paine is able to make the case that the United States should work toward their independence from England by utilising a constructed argument and rhetorical devices. The aim of Paine's essay was to persuade the colonies to declare their independence from Great Britain. His use of rhetorical questions and a simile to show unfair British policy is particularly powerful.

Paine makes use of it to create emotion, describe relationships, and provide contrasts or similarities. In this instance, he creates a list of what he considers to be Common Sense using syntax. He discusses how a man ought to be able to set aside all bias, concentrate on the most important issues, and extend his vision.
