Chew food well.

It takes energy, which burns calories, in order to chew food. Plus if you take longer to eat something you won't feel the need to eat more. As well as it helps digestion so the majority of it will be converted into energy for you to use rather than into fat.

Answer:

Mounting evidence indicates that in healthy older adults, Mylenin breakdown predict(s) decrements in reaction time and other cognitive abilities.

Explanation:

According to one view, aging is accompanied by withering of the myelin coating on neural fibers within the cerebral cortex, leading to deteriorating neural connections, especially in the prefrontal cortex and the corpus callosum.
