Contamination by bacteria occurs because of improper handling of raw food.

Explanation:

Raw foods get easily contaminated if they are kept in a bacterial affected place or are not handled properly. Improper handling means- keeping the food in contact with bacteria affected place or food, unclean chopping board, knife etc.

It is also considered as cross contamination. In this contamination the bacteria gets transported from raw food to other food or a person’s body. It causes food poisoning that leads to illness in a person.

Ksju [112]

Answer:

The correct answer is option - T (true).

Explanation:

The FITT formula or principle is one of a good way of looking at the exercise program of an individual.  The FITT stands for the major components of this principle so one can monitor or develop an effective exercise plan or program.

These components are the frequency of the exercise, the intensity of exercise, time of exercise, and finally type of exercise one should look in a proper exercise program. So, developing an exercise plan must include the FITT formula.

Thus, the correct answer is option - T (true).

Viktor [21]

Answer: Sprinters who run with prosthetic legs run in the outside lanes. They can't choose to run in the races above 200-400 meters because that is their capacity. They can't run above that speed because the prosthetics won't allow them to do the same
