The Central America region is consist of countries like Costa Rica, Guatemala,  Panama, El Salvador, Belize, Honduras, and Nicaragua. People from these regions before the arrival of Columbus were Indigenous from Mesoamerica civilizations like Mayan and Aztecs. After the arrival of Spaniards in Central America, new cultural groups were beginning to come up called Spanish American generally known as mestizo, creole.
