From what i can see from that picture it seems to me that it's filled with a lot of dark clouds. Because of that, it can mean that it's going to rain a lot or cause a thunderstorm. The option"</span><span>heavy rain or snow" it's not right because when it snows, there are no dark clouds.</span>
