Russia is also bordered by 15 countries with no access to waterways, making trading difficult but possible.

- The System or The Government of the United States can't confiscate any citizen's property or land (possession of that individual), without the well of that individual. It can only be able to do so after both the parties agree on a set of terms. As the government is required to pay the required amount of money as per the market ( a guarantee that government cannot seize private property without making a due compensation at the market value of the property).

Logically it is also very unfair and inhumane to term any individual as a criminal with out having any trial set for that person. As a person can be punished or termed as a criminal by the system on proving the charges filed against him or her. Or else he will leave as an innocent.
