This question is an example of Hardy-Weinberg question and there are two equations necessary to carry out this question;

p + q = 1

p² + 2pq + q²  = 1

where;

p = the frequency of the dominant allele

q =  the frequency of the recessive allele

p² = the frequency of individuals with homozygous dominant genotype

2pq  = the frequency of individuals with heterozygous genotype

q² = frequency of individuals with the homozygous recessive genotype

Since the total  population = 425

q² = \frac{individuals with recessive genotype}{Total Population}

= \frac{75}{425}

q² = 0.1765            

To find q; we need to square root both side to           eliminate the square from  q².

∴ \sqrt{q^2}=\sqrt{0.1765}

q = 0.4201

q = 0.42       (to two decimal places)

I am Nucleus of the cell. I am the most important part of the cell and i have genetic material that is transferred to the offspring upon reproduction. I also supervise many important processes of cell like synthesis of proteins.

1) Nucleolus: It is a darkish and roundish structure that resides inside me. Its role is in the synthesis of an important type of RNA called ribosomal RNA.

2) Nuclear membrane: This membrane surrounds me and is contains small pores for the movement of ribosomal RNA and proteins. Due to this surrounding DNA stays inside me and donot leaves me.

3) Golgi Complex: This is like a packaging and storing organelle of cell that processes and packs the proteins and exports them outsise or inside the cell. Their secretions include digestive glands, saliva, oils etc.

4) Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum: It consists of several long canals that form a series running throughout the cell and contains ribosomes attached with them. They are the organelles which transport proteins to the golgi complex for their packaging.  

5) Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum: It has an important role in the detoxification process converting toxic substances into less toxic forms. They are in structure similar to rough endoplasmic reticulum except that they donot have ribosomes attached to them.

6: Centrioles: They are important in the process of cell division and are present in animal cells only.

7:Mitochondria: This is called as power house of the cell because all the processes that convert food into energy take place in this part. You can see it has two membranes outer is smototh while inner forms foldings.

8: Ribosomes and Free Ribosomes- They are freely floating in the cell or attached with endoplasmic reticulum, They have role in protein synthesis.

9: Lysosomes: They have an important function because they remove worn out and old organelles by digesting them. Therefore, they contain good digestive enzymes.

    the mRNA first has to leave the nucleus and go into the cytoplasm of the cell.  The process of translation actually occurs in the cell’s ribosomes.

</span>1.  A ribosome attaches to an mRNA molecule in the cytoplasm.<span>
</span>2.  As each codon passes through the ribosome, tRNA molecules bring the matching amino acids into the ribosome.  Each tRNA has a set of 3 unpaired nitrogenous bases called an anticodon which matches up with the codon coming through the ribosome.  So one end of a tRNA has an anticodon and the other end carries the amino acid which is how the code is translated.<span>
</span>3.  The ribosome and the rRNA molecules it contains attach the amino acids together as they are being translated.  The protein chain will keep growing until the ribosome reaches the stop codon on the mRNA.  At that point, translation is done and the ribosome lets go.

Organisms that originated in a certain geographic region and can only be found in that region are said to be endemic.

Explanation:

Endemic organisms are taxonomic species (plants and animals) which originates and distributed only in specific geographic regions. This state of evolution is called endemism.

They are said to be native or indigenous to that particular region which can be an ecological habitat, an entire nation, an island, a mountain range etc. Certain parts are known for majority of their species being endemic like St. Helen Island, New Caledonia Island, Hawaiian Islands, Southern regions of Africa, and Australia.

The species becomes endemic to a particular region because of the presence of certain bio-geographical environmental qualities of that habitat which are favorable to that species.

When these conditions become unfavorable, then species becomes restricted leading to endangerment or extinction of the species.
