A living will, which is commonly used by those that have serious medical conditions is a directive resolve in the form of a contract in which the person or people will be able to state their wishes and preferences for their medical care. This is important in order for them to communicate their decisions should they be unable to tell it in the future (example: falling into comma). However, a living will, as its name suggests, has no power after the person dies.

Answer: A living will is a Legal document stating an advance health care directive.

Explanation: it is an advance health care document which gives directives on the type of treatment one will accept or not accept in a situation where he or she is not able to make the decisions. These are usually in terms of life support such as; the use of ventilators, artificial nutrition as well as hydration. As it is most often stated, a living will has no legal power after the death of the individual.

makkiz [27]

Answer:

B. If a proposed study qualifies for exemption, federal regulations do not require review at the foreign site where it will be conducted.

Explanation:

Researches that are exempt from review consist of studies with human subjects that do not implicate more than the minimal risk and match one or many exempt categories. OPHS staff evaluates exempt research applications, and this process is shorter and faster than the one for non-exempt research.
