The spread of public education has considerably impacted the current culture of the every corner of the world. Without the public education, we could have stayed ignorant until now. The current culture that we have right now is already a civilized one. Gone are the days when our judicial means are conducted without due process. Gone are the days when the people roam around almost naked. Gone are the pagan days. The public education of law, religion, ethics, etc, have really molded the exact kind of people we are right now and the exact tradition we're currently into.
The Bering Strait Land Bridge is a good example of this. During the Ice Age, humans from Asia migrated to what now is called North America in order to thrive in new lands, with new farming style.
