I’d say bar chart , put months on the x axis and temperature on y axis. Label the axis as Months and Temperature (degrees celsius). Find the difference by subtracting the highest value from the lowest. Find the mean by adding all the values and divide by 12

I'll use x in place of d, and y in place of h(d) to get this equivalent equation: y = -0.2x^2 + 2x
