Conserve energy in the home and yard

We can contribute to reducing global warming and climate change with our personal actions. In US and Canada individuals release over 10,000 pounds of carbon dioxide per person every year.We can help immediately by becoming more energy efficient. Reducing our use of oil, gasoline and coal also sets an example for others to follow. We can -                                          -Reduce electricity usage around the home                                                      -Improve vehicle fuel-efficiency                                                                         -Conserve energy in the home and yard

The transfer of water between the atmosphere, the oceans, and the continents is known as the ________. A. closed cycle B. geolog
Leona [35]

Answer:

E. hydrologic cycle

Explanation:

The transfer of water between the atmosphere, the oceans, and the continents is known as the hydrologic cycle which involves water moving from the surface most importantly from the oceans to the atmosphere, over the land and everywhere in between. In phases of water, the earth is a sealed system, so water is not joined or withdrawn from the earth, it is simply transformed, transported, and even recycled.

Since the hydrologic cycle has no start or end, you can dive in at any step. A great place to start is in the oceans, where most water of the earth is stored.
