12345 [234]

Answer:

Summative

Explanation:

There are different types of evaluation and assessments. One of this types is the summative evaluation which has the goal of evaluating how much a person learned after a defined period of time (usually at the end of a unit). The summative evaluation takes place once the period for learning contents has ended.

In this example, three months after a training session, the food service manager administers a written test to the cooks to assess their knowledge. We can see that he is evaluating how much the cooks learned in the training session and since the training is over, this evaluation is taking place once the learning period has ended. Therefore, this evaluation is an example of a summative evaluation.
