Quotient is the result gotten when a number is divided by another number. So the question should be in the form: 8/10 ÷ 2/5

to get the quotient, when a fraction is divided by another fraction, the second fraction is inverted so that the numerator become the denominator and the denominator becomes the numerator. Like 2/5 becomes 5/2. After that, the division sign(÷) is changed to multiplication.
So now we have
8/10*5/2. The first fraction's numerator will multiply the second fraction's numerator and the first fraction's denominator will multiply the second fraction's denominator.
